The 4th ASIANPIAD will he held in Yogjakarta, Indonesia on November 17-18, 2018 and will coincide with their IML event, the 10th Jogja International Heritage Walk.

The 3rd ASIANPIAD took place in November, 2016 at Taipei City, Republic of China (Taiwan) , hosted by the Chinese Taipei Alpine Association (CTAA). It coincided with the IVV-Asia Congress.

The 2nd ASIANPIAD was conducted in November 2014 in conjunction with the Japan Three-Day March (IML) event in Higashi-Matsuyama City, Saitama Prefecture, Japan.

The 1st ASIANPIAD was held in June 2012 in Suncheon, Korea.
